Mawdun Mine Cold Werewolf bug

I recently saw someone on discord mention that the boss down in this map doesn't generate ice fragments from being hit with shred while frozen. Upon closer inspection, this applies to all mobs on this map. Ice fragments just aren't being generated at all in this area from any frozen mob.

EDIT - This seems to extend to Predator's Mark from Pounce as well
