Barrage + Toxic Growth Bug

Barrage has the wording that the attack it powers "REPEAT +2 TIMES".

Toxic Growth has the wording "FIRES 4 PUSTULES".

When I currently cast Barrage followed by Toxic Growth. It results in 10 Pustules.

The limit last patch used to be 10 (all fired at once), but currently if you fire 4 at a time without barrage it still counts up to 12 properly.

Just seems to be a bug with the interaction of firing all 12 at once or something?
