Game flashbangs you and locks you in place. (Replication unsuccessful)

I was in the chest of the Caravan, looking at my skills, when it suddenly became blood red and bright. I was able to leave the menus but was unable to more or access skills. Logging out did fix this issue. I tried replication with no success. I have a video showing the bug but do not know how to put it here if possible.
