Avatar of Evolution bugged?

Hi guys!
I'm not sure if I don't get how the avatar of evolution shaman node should work or if it's not working properly. 🤔

I just got the node and I thought it would make me get adaptation also for each physical hit I get, as it is taken partially as elemental damage now, but I tried a few times, got slapped by groups of melee mobs, even died for the sake of checking that and nothing... getting hit with melee physical attacks does not get adaptations to show 🤔

Do I get the skill wrong? does it just lower the physical damage but will not trigger adaptations on the part of physical damage replaced by elemental by itself? Or maybe it should trigger adaptations and it's just a bug of some sort?

Hey! I also made a reddit post about this particular issue. I dont think it is working correctly currently.

From my reddit post:

For some reason, it seems like my node is converting damage to only fire, and not to cold and lightning at all.

My scenario:

The charms used:

Valako's Roar -> frenzy charges

Ngamahu's chosen -> free rage

Breath of the mountains -> power charges

Running pragmatism body armour for infinite charges.

Testing the damage taken:

scold's brittle with self casting (Take damage % of mana cost as physical damage)

Heartbound loop + Summon Wolfs with infernal legion support (Take x physical damage on minion death)

Results:

Both of these cases give's me only full rage (ngamahu's chosen proccing), but nothing else. -> Fire conversion is working, but nothing else.

Changing the pragmatism armor to lightning coil (Phys conversion to lightning 50%) also add's the valako roar's to proc.

My conclusion is that the lightning and ice conversion is not happening at all. Based on the lightning coil results, im making assumptions that you can proc multiple charms with 1 damage hit (With lighning could valako & ngamahu is procced)
