Unexpected Disconnection when Shapeshifting using Barkskin

In the Matlan Waterways, using a Canal Lever while in Werewolf form will cause a client disconnect and reset the zone. This has happened reliably multiple times. Using the lever in human form will not cause a disconnect.

Edit: On second inspection, this actually seems to be related to swapping back in human form in general, not clicking the levers specifically. This only happens sometimes, normally while I am in combat or was recently in combat, so there may be some condition on my character that is causing me to crash when I swap back to human form.

Edit 2: I removed the Barksin Aura, and the disconnection no longer occurred. It may have something to do with shapeshifting with Barksin active.

Edit 3: Based on other posts, this does indeed seem to be related to shapeshifting (for me, from werewolf to human form) while Barkskin is active.
