Instant disconnect opon summoning Portal to town

Hello! First bug report for me, but i will make it short:

1. Playing Druid, specifically mostly in Wyvern Form
2. Got talisman + Rattling Scepter
3. Press HOTKEY to make Portal to town (while in wyvern form)
4. Instant disconnect to character selection, and area resets

Unsure why/what makes it happen, but i didnt have the problem during act 1 or 2 at all. Started happening in act 3 when i got to Chimera boss and after.

Unsure if its act 3 related, druid related etc

Edit: This happens when im in wyvern form and click the statues to place the power cores too. So it seems to be wyvern/druid transformed related

Edit 2: I unequipped the sceptre (still have the passive "Lord of the Wilds") and it stopped happening, so it seems to be the fact that i have a sceptre equipped, or that specific (rattling sceptre)

Edit 3: I just tried another sceptre (malice), same bug happens if i interact with something or make portal
