Warlord bezerker node broken

this node states that when you gain rage allies in your presence will also gain rage and you get a 40% minus to your presence. currently in game while generating rage i was not giving rage to either my minions nor party members standing next to me. this node is currently not functioning (well the minus to presence seems to be working but none of the benifit side)
