Rage Gain while shapeshifted as Druid not working , there's no Rage gain

I allocated Bestial Rage but I don't see that Rage icon gaining charges as it use to.

I also got me Ruby Jewel with Gain 1 rage on melee hit , but still there's no rage gain what so ever.

I tried all forms basic attack, nothing
I tried Lunar assault as Wolf form, again nothing.

I ascended as Oracle Druid.


My question is this literally bugged and it doesn't work or is there some way that prevent rage gain or I'm missing something here?

I also don't have any Rage related supports in my skills.

I'm using Nettle talisman as a weapon while Shapeshifted.

OK I'm stupid, this rage bar is now above HP bar and numbers are there, I didn't see that . Ignore my concerns XD

Where exactly on the HP bar? Facing same "problem"

rage is on your mana wheel

why under mana as a melee hit rage build I don't Care about my mana so why would I even look there
