Is rage counter on UI bugged?

I have noticed that despite of rage generation, we cant see any current state of it. I though it is kind of some option, but have not found any , except for auras. I am meelee player and know for sure we had one.

Is this a visual bug or counter is not actually being displayed?

Similar issue - playing bear druid, so far I have few ways to generate rage, but it seems not to be working properly, rage appears only very occasional.

Its bugged

you cant find anyone having rage displayed on twitch
and it also doesnt display for me

i am 100% sure most warrior and druid players use rage
but it shows for nobody

it does work though
since my melee damage drastically increased when socketing rage + rapid attacks
vs only rapid attacks

I think it's now a bar in the lower right side of the UI. I don't mind where it is is just too small.
