Varashta Weapon Swap Not Working?

Is it supposed to work with weapon swap? Because it does not, at least not for me.


EDIT: Sandblast is castable while on an unassigned weaponset but not Kelari's Brutality, however Sandblast does not seem to actually swap the weaponset it looks like it still using the unassigned set.

I'm able to swap weapons on the Djinn abilities, but for some of them you have to navigate to the "command" tab to set it to a specific set.

The main problem for me though... is that swapping from a different weapon set, to a set with any of the Djinn abilities results in their cooldown being reset (if the ability has one).

For example, I am using Kelari's abilities. I was going to put some curse stuff in a secondary set, but as soon as I swap back to my main all cooldowns are reset. Even if I'm on set 1/Djinn abilities and all cooldowns are up, if I swap off, then back, I have to wait for all the abilities to come back up.

Super annoying and really makes weapon swapping with Djinn abilities useless. I wonder if this is intended?
