Nova Projectiles II bugging out with Trail of Caltrops

Hey, when you use nova projectile II with trail of caltrops it spawns the like normal but for some reason it wont place more when you dodge roll again until that first set times out. I tested triggering them and rolling and it still won't recast more caltrops until the duration for caltrops expires.
