Can't access Eye of Hinekora area/Locked out of 4 passive points

Hello, when defeating Krutog in the Volcanic Warrens, Matikis cage did not appear but it was still considered completed on my questlog. I wasn't able to talk to matiki and now Act 4 is complete and I have no way to access Eye of Hinekora/Trial of the ancestors. I have already tried reseting the instance and no lock. Please help.

It happend to me 2 just today../
