You cannot use this item its stats will be ignored

I was using this staff 6 hours ago why is it unable to be used when it requires level 84 and 147 int and I am level 93 and have 321 int this literally makes my character unplayable and it has not reason to not be allowed to be used please fix or give an explanation that makes sense

Same bug here, lv 96 hc ranger with 231 dex can't use a lv 78, 163 dex bow

I swapped the sockets and found i can use the weapon again would have been nive to have that in the patch notes that all weapons with multiples of the same sockets will have all stats disabled until each socket is one of a different kind becuse apparently we can't do that on any of our gear any more oh P.S if you have issued swapping the sockets out try unequping the weapon then swapping the sockets... this was beyond frusting to figure out a spent a div and other things trying to figure this out
