Loot filter not working

tried reinstalling, relogging after playing other games, clearing system cache, still not working.

hopefully someone can help me get it to work before my first league in poe2, dont think i can play without a lootfilter.

- filterblade shows up in game just doesnt worm
- cant sub to neverlink due to ''Can't connect to server'' while signing in

going to try to reinstall poe1 and see if that works

how do i sign in to poe account with ps app?
