Decaying Hex

The recent Patch Notes update shows continued work on curses and curse related stats, so I think this is a good time to remind you...

Decaying Hex is STILL bugged, going on a year now of reports regarding the bug.

Decaying Hex is unaffected by support gems, they do not increase damage as expected, they do not modify duration as expected. They do nothing.

Please please find time to address this bug.
