Will there be a complete reset for this patch 0.4

See title. Strange enough i have not found any reliable info on that.

Standard will exist and so will your old characters but everyone joining the Fate of the Vaal leagues will have a fresh start

I'm guessing you didn't look very hard.... Yes every league is a fresh start so that's every 4 months ish. Same way it's been for over a decade. All your stuff/characters will still exist in standard if you're set on that character for some reason and don't want the new stuff(besides druid they will show up as that's a class) but people only really play leagues so don't expect to see other people. If you already play standard than nothing will change besides having access to the druid class
