Crashes on temple of chaos

My game freezes and crashes only while doing the temple of chaos.

First attempt: crashed after the room #10. Before the trialmaster. I still have the victorious fate item in my inventory but wasn't able to use it.

Second attempt: got a freeze for a sec, and got killed at first boss.

Third attempt: it crashed again at maybe room #5.

I only have one more Inscribed Ultimatum... Now I don't want to use it. I'll lose it.

Is there a way to get the inscribed ultimatum back ? I don't play enough to collect them easily ^^
