TLDR:
Cast lots of spells to cast more spells faster (>500% increased cast speed). Casting lots of spells fast gives you big life & energy shield regen. Unlimited elemental infusions. Disco Rave Comboweaver goes vroom vroom.

Also, to the GGG developers, I think builds like this warrant the addition of skill macros to make combo'ing more accessible and less physically straining on our hands and fingers <3 (single-button methods to cast multiple spells in quick succession, cancellable by dodge roll or a cancel button)

In short:
1. We use Casting Cascade, Effervescent, and Rapid Casting III to give us ~20% increased cast speed per unique spell we cast (8 spells x 20% = 160% increased cast speed from this mechanic alone).
2. We use 2 unset rings to give us 2 extra spell slots to amplify the above eeffect
3. We use the Life Tap support gems to make all but one of our skills cost life
4. We use an Undying Hate Timeless Jewel (Tecrod variant) to ramp up life regen based off of life costs in past 8 seconds. Our high cast speed means we can spend a lot of life in the 8 second window, pushing our life regen to 20K-50K per second. Zealot's oath converts that life regen to ES regen once we're capped out on life.
5. We use ember fusillade (Without life tap) to bring our mana down as much as possible
6. At low mana our Arcane Surge is amplified through Force of Will. Together with other sources of Arcane Surge enhancement, we get ~350% increased effect of Arcane surge. This brings our cast speed up by another ~65%. We convert mana regen from Arcane Surge to life regen with Sanguimatic Rituals
7. We gather all types of elemental infusions with Ball Lightning + Lightning Warp + Elemental Equilibrium
8. We do damage by comboing all of our spells and either spamming Spark for single-target DPS, or spamming Ball Lightning + Lightning Warp for mobility

Work in progress: Adding Vilenta's Propulsion to the build is kind of hilarious. I.e., the huge cast speed bonuses inherit to the build make certain projectiles go hilariously fast (we're talking 300% increased projectile speed). I'm considering adding a follow up video to address this. Until then, I'm actively testing the build with Vilenta's Propulsion.
