Omen not working ((

Hello.
The Right-Handed Clarification Omen didn't work for me.And I'm very upset about this.I have a hammer. He had 535-799 physical damage.I used the spheres of cancellation, along with the omen of right-handed cleansing.And here is one omen that didn’t work. It was turned on but didn't work. And the sphere of cancellation cancelled out the physical damage. After that I used the Exaltation Sphere, but it didn't give me anything back. Please look at my action log and return the physical damage on this hammer.It's in my chest under tab 777.
