Abyssal Lich Offering Cull bug

Knight-Gaunts and Gargoyles are culled by Soul Offering and Pain Offering, but the Offerings do not appear after the cull animation. There are probably other enemies affected by this bug, but these two I can confirm.

Easy replication:

- Go to Holton, cull any rarity Knight-Gaunt or Gargoyle with either skill
