Phys Scaling needs a serious rework when compaired to elemental.

As the title says.

A Full phys build using brutality, min maxed with armour break cant do anywhere near what elemental damage can in the game even when coupled with bleed and its scaling. Full elemental builds, even single element are stupidly strong compared.

Physical dmg is fine tbh.
Shock is overtuned heavily.
