fix or neft Cannibal monster

Cannibal fire me 2 shoot to die it too high damage and it white monster.

Try the following

- get 20 000 more armour
- get 90% evasion
- get 100% deflect
- get 5000 hp
- get 10 000 energy shield
- get Mind Over Matter passive and 4000 mana
