Have Towers give Map details in range / swap a map node for something else

Super Simple Post:

When you complete a Tower, have it give extra recon details on maps that fall under its view

> what elemental res youll need to be good

> what boss will exist

> number of special POIs

! ability to swap a boss if you sacrifice a Rare Waystone

! ability to swap a map into a merchant node for specific things: runes, weapons, armor, trinkets, jewels, etc

! ability to sacrifice 4 waystones / mod capacity and force purify a map
