Does Cast on Elemental Ailment works with Comet?

Week before I run acts and try to put in Cast On Elemental Ailment Comet, thinking that it was Cast on Critical, and this works. But from now idk why, but I have problem like Game tell me my Cast on Elemental Ailment missing socketed skill but it's not try. I try different spells put into Cast on Elemental Ailment but still I have a warning that I didn't socket any skill in. Is it bug or something like this?

" I believe it does but it was nerfed heavily in .1 when it was being used with frost bolt for cast on freeze. It went from like 1 comet per freeze to one per every 2-3 packs of freeze. Crit will always be the best one with a high attack speed / high crit chance build. |

Yeah, but I watching several builds and saw that they use Cast on Critical and Cast on Elemental Ailment

Okay, Idk why but I try to put 16 level Cast on Elemental Ailment ant its fork. Maybe some bug with 14 level of this spell
