uniques importance and too much one shot to bosses in the endgame

I've been playing with three different classes and i have notice that uniques are quite useful for the campaing but they nmostly never drop during it, so i think increasing their drop rates and adjusted them to the lvl you have would be great. Also i feel that they have no real value in the endgame over crafted or more like buyed stuff and doing something like diablo 3 that allows you to choose between the power of three legendaries would add more variability and depth to the builds, especially if you don't have time to grind, and if you have more things to build on. It's a win win, i think, because right now the only have value if your are a collector.
Also going with good gear makes the game too easy, it feels kinda sad going againts bosses that have +8 to their difficulty level and literally destroy them in seconds. It ruins the expirience that is offered in the campaing and in early mapping. I feel that it should mantain a lvl of difficulty all the time, and since you can choose to fight them like that or not it feels like th buff should be way bigger.
