Exploding shipwreck...

Welp, that was rather the BS way of dying on HC while everything was going super smoothly for me.

So the exploding shipwreck thing. I saw the fuse go off and the timer appeared. Ran off the ship. Waited for the timer to go down. I didn't hear or see an explosion, so I decided to wait a few seconds more just in case.

Then I returned to the edge of the shipwreck to see what's going on.

Then it exploded.

And I died.

Safe to say, not a very satisfying experience.

If at all possible, I would really really like that instadeath tricks like this weren't done.

Yaaa.. To be fair, early release/early access HC is often a bit of a wild experience on any game, haha.

This does take the cake though, especially because it did have a timer but that timer wasn't accurate! 😄
I have noticed this about a lot of effects. explosions, poisons, ground B$ effects of all kinds, corpse explosions. they seem to have a range. if you move slightly too far away they do not complete until you come back in range. the stupid demons in gooners mansion are one example that aggravates me.
