Detected Corrupted Game Files error when RAM speed > 6000 MT/s

I get the following error when using 6400 MT/s RAM speed. This is the native speed, not overclocked.

"Detected Corrupted Game Files
Usually this might be either caused by an overclocked CPU or by corrupted game files.
Please run PackCheck.exe, located in the client directory."

Issue fixed when RAM speed downclocked to 6000 MT/s.
