Network Spike

ok, so i just created the char like everyone else,
and i got as fat the Coast no problems,
ever since i opened Mud Flats, i keep getting 3 major issues :
1- the shader keeps loading for almost 4min straight, which is not really normal for an old map, but not a big issue really
2- whichever Realm i choose (Manual or Auto) once i enter ANY map, 30 sec in and i get a network spike that goes as high as 25k and does not go down
3- eventually after such a Huge ping spike i get DC'd.

maybe that's a regional issue (i`m logging in from Egypt) maybe that's a new league issue, dunno.
so here's my report, hope you can fix it.
