Almost a year later this is utterly unacceptable. Even for a Beta. 0.2 Vulkan was playable at least.

I still have the issue on DX12 but moving to vulkan completely fixed it for me.

Vulkan is unplayable for me since 0.3. Stutters like mad. Was fine before.
