Prism of Belief - Ember Fusillade skill dps tooltip bug

This item should be a huge dps increase for any ember fusillade build. However, the dps tooltip is bugged when you equip the item & in most cases it lowers your dps.

If you unequip & re-equip the fork support gem for ember fusillade it will recalculate the skill dps correctly.

I bought this a while ago & when it showed lower skill dps, immediately sold it. It never made sense to me. When I gave it a second look after reaching level 100, it went from a 100k decrease to a 700k increase after doing the above-mentioned fix.
