Cannot use Skills or sprint or use Portals, Waypoints etc.

It happened twice now today, while mapping with my Witch Hunter.
The first time it happened was in an Abyssal Depths I just entered the area of the main "boss" and all my skills went inoperable. Luckily I already had portaled out close by and I could change the zone and the skills started working again.

The second time it happened after opening a box, all skills could no longer been activated by either mouse click or keybinds agian, I cannot interact with waypoints and I am unable to open a town portal, whenever I try to open a portal it says "You cannot use a portal at this time". On top of that, I noticed sprint also does not work.

On the second instance it happend I backtracked all the way back to where I entered the map and wanted to portal out, however the portal did not work either after clicking on it. However after the port out did not work, my skills worked again and then I could portal to hideout.

It's a bizarre thing and nearly killed me twice now.

+1 same thing happened to me after encountering a boss room and while opening strongbox. Using Demon form and infernal flame

It did not happen since I opened this post until just now. This time Monk opening a Strongbox, nearly killed me again, after being swarmed with my pants down (no skills work). As said in another post, it never happnened on a shrine, it's mostly strongboxes unless that one time when I entered the multistage green ring aura of an Abyssal Rare mob (I did not click anything before)
Going to Character selection and back in "unlocks" it
