No points for clearing corrupt.The zone no citadel towers

Did my first corrupted zone. And killed the boss did not get my points. When it cleaned the corrupted area to the second zone and got those points, but now I'm having a hard time finding any more corrupted zones also cannot see any citadel towers anywhere on the map. Could somebody please look into this?
