The Grand Project Precursor Tablet

1 - I made my way to the tower
2 - I added the Grand Project Precursos tablet and successfully completed the tower
3 - I went straight to the corruption area

After finishing the map, the boss didn't spawn, and the surrounding area remained corrupted even when accessed via the tablet. I tried to do it again, but the icon disappeared and the boss didn't appear.
