Make Grand Project effect default for clearing Tower maps

Not a popular opinion i guess, but there has been countless times i ported out after beating the boss of a Tower, only to open another map and realised i didnt click on the **** precursor to complete the Tower Map

There goes 17 chaos (as of the timing of this post)
