Sceptre auras like e.g. Purity of Fire can't be deactivated via right-clicking

- Buffs like e.g. Time of Need can be activated and deactivated via right-clicking on the icon in the skills panel
- Auras from sceptres can be activated via right-clicking, but to deactivate I have to right-click the icon in the active buff panel

Deactivating such auras are only staying off for a short while, and then they automatically turn back on.
