Merge EA & Post 1.0-Standard After A Few Leagues

Let the official launch have their F R E S H/couple leagues and then merge the EA characters into the post 1.0 Standard pool. There is no reason not to do so.

Truly, once the first 3 or 4 Leagues of Post 1.0 have passed, there is ZERO (0) reason to not combine the EA pool with the Post-Launch Standard.

Not really going to have a choice at this point are they.

At the rate they are going, they managed to add one act and spears, in a year, still 2 to go; And sort some actual end-game system, which is going to be even slower now the PoE1 break is over and time is split. Going to be 2-3 years atleast.

So people will have 3-4 years already invested in chars...

This is assuming they ever actually reach a "real" release, tho we all know it already is. Probably aligning with Diablo 7 release date.

No. The broken stuff that is on standard right now should just get lost in the limbo

nah, Standard is home for all toons. Attempting to gate-keep power in Standard of all places is certainly a novel take.
