Cannot travel to other players' hideout to trade with Poe2 trade website

So the trade website for poe2 has the option to travel directly to another player's hideout in order to buy directly from their stashes. But whenever I try do that the site tells me that I need to be online and in the same league. I always have the game open when I try to trade and have a lvl 52 rise of the abyssal sorceress. But nope, fuckin site tells me otherwise. I've tried logging in and out, linking my email, changing to a different league on the site. Nothing. There is absolutely nothing I can do that changes this.

Can someone please tell me how to fix this?

Same issue, "your account must be in game to use this feature". I am in game and signed in on the PoE2 trade website so what the hell am I doing wrong?

A workaround for this might be - save ID of the trader, like yours jhnfcdugv#1501 or mine MasterBLB#3551, and use in-game market panel to search this seller using Trade Filters > Seller Account.

Ofc the above assuming you can teleport using internal market panel.

Turns out that the actual way this works is that there is the standard league and the SSF league. SSF means no trading with players. Already figured this out some time ago.
