i can't click NPC, stash, waypoint and etc

hello, please help, i cant click anything on the game, i cant click to open my stash, but my other character i can click, only this level 85 lich build is the problem, please help. thank you.

If you have a skill bound to your Left Mouse Button, remove it and set LMB to "Move Only".

If that does not work, ESC and exit the game, then reload.

how or where to remove the skill bound?

Left clicking on a skill icon will bring up an icon list of all active skills available to the character, as well as three default actions "Default Attack", "Move only" and "Clear this slot". Either left or right clicking on a different skill will set that skill to the chosen slot.
