crash in Karui Shores - chars trapped

Hello, I have several characters currently located in Karui Shores. When I try to select them, the game crashes immediately. I don’t have other characters with access to that zone, so I’m unable to regenerate the instance. Could you please move those characters to Lioneye’s Watch or my hideout so I can log in again? Thank you.

The issue is now resolved. It turned out to be related to a pending Windows update—after restarting the PC, the game loaded Karui Shores without crashing. Looks like the update had affected asset loading or graphics initialization.
