Can't access well of souls

Does gaining access to the well of souls require being in a different server? I am unable to access the well of souls for any character I have. recently started a new run with a ranger and made it to the Mastodon Badlands and still unable to access it. From one I understand, the entry way is between two tusks. I have found that, but the entry doesn't appear for me to go in.

I was considering migrating to a different server. Can someone help?

You need to find the Lightless Passage in the Mastodon Badlands. It will lead you to the Well of Souls. It does not make any difference which server you are on.

There are tons of places where you can go between two tusks. That does not mean it's the entrance. Go into the map, pick a wall and follow it all the way around until you find the entrance. If you haven't found the entrance, keep going.
