Channel map Ritual issue - Terracotta Statues didn't activate

Unable to start one of the Ritual altars in Channel map. Some of the Terracotta statues by the Ritual Altar didn't activate/come to life after opening the tomb/sarcophagus that makes the entire room of statues activate.
