Lost items in Upgrading Premium Tab to Merchant Tab

Hey,

Just want to make sure I understand the wording or not. I upgraded some tabs and the items in the tab originally are gone. The wording implies that they are in a remove-only tab but I cannot find that tab. Am I understanding correctly? If so, where is that tab?
