Ranger (Deadeye) Left Click Does Not Work

Both of my Deadeye classes, one from this season and one from previous season are not able to use left click while holding a weapon. This denies the ability to interact with NPC, items, objects or use left click attack. Removing the weapons from my current league Deadeye allows me to interact with NPC ect, but obviously removes the ability to use weapon skills. This does not appear to affect any other of my characters.
