Kulemak boss rewards...do they get better?

Kulemak = disappointing. If I run it enough times, will something useful actually drop?

That belt drop is for people who don't have good equipment, in which case they should not be fighting Kulemak. Let me, in fact, re-word my initial sentence. That belt is garbage! Why is it in the game?

The ring went straight into the recycle bin. A useless bauble. What my light radius is was certainly not anywhere on my list of things I care about. The random Breach ring which I am wearing, embarrasses the Kulemak ring in every way. Note, the Breach ring didn't even drop off Xesht (useless drops off him), but came from the stash that dropped upon slaying the horde slaying that led up to Xesht.

It feels like a rushed content to me.
