Cannot assign weapon set to chronomancer "Temporal Rift" skill

As title says, I cannot allocate a weapon set for the Temporal Rift spell that is granted by the Chronomancer's Footprints in the Sands passive.

While not game breaking, this does mean I can't take advantage of reduced cooldown recovery or spell levels from a weapon set.
