POE2 Network lagg

HEllo,

Since the last patch I have so huge network laggs that the game become unplayable for 30-60sec every few minutes...
FPS 60-100
Network normal latency 10-50ms
Vram 5Gb in use
but its jumps no 300-500ms and my local network is stable not downloading anything in background.
Looks like the server not responding (EU)
