Chaos Inoculation and energy shield bugged

My energy shield was sitting at 5.6k es and now it's at 2.6k es. I have unequip all gear, skills and reset my passive tree. My energy shield is still stuck at 2.6k. When Chaos Inoculation is removed it got up to 3k and 1.3k hp. With Chaos Inoculation on it drops back down to 2.6k es and 1hp.

Update: my focus does not work on weapon set 1 but it work on weapon set 2. To have it work on weapon set 1 I had to set it to shared

You probaly have some "Gain x% of maximum life as extra energy shield" modifiers or similar. But CI sets your maximum life to 1 so you wouldn't gain extra energy shield.
