Character Stuck in Bugged Boss Fight

My character Bmuht on the Abyssal League is stuck in Derelict Mansion. Varloch, the Ashen Lord never walked into the arena. I do not have a respawn at checkpoint option. Restarting the game, exiting to character selection, and starting a different character have not worked for me.

Someone please save me from this prison :')

I have exactly the same issue. I can't do anything. Ashen Lord spawned outside the arena and I am locked it.. Can't teleport anywhere and restarting game not helping.
