Grants Skill: Fire Spell on Hit

Looks like so underwhelming for a warrior be casting spells. Why cant I use any skill spell?

I Would love to run Volcanic Fissure in hit and make more use of fissures in my build without having to cast all manually...

Also you need a LOT of INT to equip your spells, this sucks so much. I just changed my ascendency to Kitava, think about regret...

Manifest Weapon is also TERRIBLE.
