[PoE2][Abyss League][0.3.0][Delirium] Drops for wave in unaccessable Area

Just finished a Tier II Delirium Realm Encounter and on the Wave 14 / 15 the Rewards spawned in an unaccessible / the previous area.




Only action which was different from previous rounds was placing drops in the stash an pick up some items in the old area before starting wave 14. Other than that no derivation from prior actions/patterns.
